Order Cancellation Policy

In case customer wants to return a product, the customer must write to us at writeus@rrmnagaur.com, a quick response is assured to such mails. Customer can also call us at +91 9166463656, which remains open from Monday to Saturday between 10.00AM to 06.30PM (IST) except declared holidays.

The RUSTIC RAJASTHAN MASALE Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time.

Please note an order can only cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has dispatched, no cancellation request will be entertained.

Returns and Replacements are done FREE OF COST if wrong products or defective products are received by the customer. Products that are eligible for Return and Exchange can be returned within 7 days of receiving the Order at your Doorstep.

Return/Exchange Policy

The products can be exchanged or returned within 7 days post-delivery, only if the delivered products are defective or damaged. The returns shall not be accepted in the following cases:

·        Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse

·        Product is used or altered by customer

·        If request is initiated after 7 business days of order delivery

Refund (For Returns/Cancellations)

In case of a return or cancellation, the refund shall be initiated post the product is delivered back to us and the quality of the products returned is verified by us.

If product is open it will not return back, In case damage return product.

Customer give photo of box & product, invoice copy, batch no & expiry mentioned on box and our team will check & then return

Prepaid orders – The amount shall be credited to your account through which the payment was done. It may take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Cash on Delivery – The amount will be transferred to the Paytm, Phonepe, Gpay account or bank account as per your preference and details shared with us

Note: - Refund amount will not include shipping charges which you have paid.
